Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nuxt Media (“Nuxt Media”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit nuxtmedia.com (the “Site”). It does not cover the separate websites in our portfolio, which maintain their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you enter so we can respond to your inquiry.
  • Information collected automatically. We use PostHog to understand how the Site is used — it records page views and interactions (such as clicks) along with technical data like browser type and approximate location, and stores a random identifier in your browser to distinguish visitors. We do not build identified profiles of visitors. We also use Vercel Analytics, which measures aggregate, anonymized traffic without cookies. Our hosting infrastructure may also process standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
  • Bot protection. To prevent spam and abuse, our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes technical signals from your browser to confirm you are human. This processing is handled by Cloudflare.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, to operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to run the Site. We share information with them only as needed to provide the Site, and they are permitted to use it only for that purpose:

  • Resend — delivers the emails generated by our contact form.
  • Cloudflare — provides Turnstile bot protection for the contact form.
  • PostHog — provides website analytics (page views and interaction events).
  • Vercel — hosts the Site and provides cookieless, aggregate analytics.
  • Cloudinary — hosts and delivers images used on the Site.

Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics (PostHog) store a random identifier in your browser solely to distinguish visitors on this Site; Vercel Analytics is cookieless. Cloudflare Turnstile may store limited information on your device that is necessary to provide its security function.

Data retention

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and to keep reasonable business records, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us. We will respond within a reasonable time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one in which you reside. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

Links to other sites

The Site links to our portfolio properties and other third-party websites, each of which is governed by its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes.
